"Rarely do I ever leave a review of any kind. However, I am so compelled to share my experience at Ron Rauschenberger's State Farm Insurance Agency. Immediately upon entering, the bubbly woman at the front desk, up to my time with Shawn my new agent everything was pleasant, friendly, and immediately helpful. In an industry that can often be confusing, Shawn took the time to fix a big problem for me, as I had surgery and lapsed my homeowners and CEA policies. A scary thing for me, and Shawn took care of everything within an hour and actually showed me how to save thousands in my deductible for only $50 more a year on my premium. The vibe is this office is one of helpfulness and the sincerity to help. I didn't get a chance to meet Ron, but his wife (I'm sorry, i cannot remember the front desk or Ron's wife's name, but I clearly remember their immediate call to action and friendly manner) immediately got on the phone within minutes to find out how to resolve my lapse and rewrite my coverage at their agency. I stepped out to get a haircut at Susan Allen's Salon (Jovan is the best) and came back and hour later. Everything was ready to go. I have been with State Farm for at least 15-20 years, but my original agent sold to another owner, who not only didn't take care of me, but was disingenuous. None of that at Ron's agency. BTW, love the picture of Ron's wife when she was little, near her father and his agency, now operated by Ron and his wife. I thank you for taking a serious issue and resolving it with care and immediate response. This is service that doesn't exist anymore, and if it does, it comes with an attitude like you owe them something. If you need coverage of any kind, take the time to talk with this agency.
